CFB: Drop Penn St, add Iowa.

Football preview, Baseball

With a couple days left in the baseball season, all the drama is in the AL Central. The Tigers (Scallet) should hold a one game lead over the Twins (Bussmann) after tonight. And Lyons' bet with Brian is coming down to the wire as the Indians and the Royals should be tied for last heading into the weekend.

This may look silly, but one month into the college football season, there's only one possible conclusion. There are three good teams in the country and everybody else is garbage. So I say it all comes down to Florida (Campbell), Texas (Scallet), or Alabama (Pat).

On the other hand, the NFL is a lot more wide open.

One UFL matchup in college: #12 Houston (Lyons) at UTEP (Campbell)

#6 Virginia Tech (Lyons) at Duke, #7 USC (Brian) at Cal, Washington at Notre Dame (Brian), New Mexico at Texas Tech (Bussmann), East Carolina (Ben) at Marshall, # 9 OSU (Hermann) at Indiana, #21 Ole Miss (Zig) at Vandy, #15 Penn St. (Matt) at Illinois, SMU at #11 TCU, #3 Alabama (Pat) at Kentucky, UC Davis at #5 Boise (Pat)

Interesting NFL games: Ravens (Zig) at Pats (Scallet), Jets (Bussmann) at Saints (Brian), Chargers (Matt) at Steelers (Ben)
