Fake Sick; Meet me at Barristers
I'm going to Barristers (on Meramec in Clayton across from Miso) to watch all the action from the Pitch! Get out of your dreary places of employment and meet me there. The games are pay-per-view, which adds excitement. Dan? Just get one of those little plastic poking birds like Homer Simpson used. No one will notice you are gone. Herman, Guiness this afternoon? Patty...oh, never mind...some things are hopeless.

I'd be interested, but I have a meeting at three so that's out. Maybe for the March set of games I'll work it out. Incidentally, the games are live online on ESPN 360.

ReplyDeleteWhat an awful game to watch. I sweat Inter getting its ass kicked for 45 minutes then have to leave for my meeting and miss them actually play with some heart. At least I got the tie.
ReplyDeleteThat free kick on the last play was spirit crushing. The Inter goaly was as surprised as anyone when it smacked him in the shoulder.
