5-Way tie for 1st

UFL is tight in the early going. Campbell decided to stick with Gonzaga. Wise. Patty was almost made a fool with Purdue. Bussman had the biggest day with with wins by the Suns, Uconn and St. Mary's. This ties Ziggy for the most points scored in a single day in the UFL (6). This record will be broken, at the latest, when someone makes the cut in a PGA event. No one said that I made a mistake today. I feel like the king of the world! (Check your scores for accuracy.)

  1. Sorry to knock you off your throne there Mark but my scoreboard says Bussmann's Suns lost to my Nuggets in OT, please update that when you can.

  3. Not that anyone is counting, but I had 8 points on Tuesday with Ohio St., Memphis, Cleveland and New Jersey. But if you want to give Zig props for his pathetic 6 points, go right ahead.

  4. I still had an error free Wed., which was nice.
Patty: Purdue did pull it out...but, man, Cleveland sure choked on a dick against the Bulls. I wish I'd seen that game.
Scallet: The resurgent Bulls are coming for your Hawks!

  5. 6-0 and still undefeated. Lyons that 6 point day record has been beat by......me.... I had a 8 point day on Wednesday. Duke, Davidson, Red Wings, and NO Hornets all won. Sorry Patty you have to settle for second place but by now with all your choke jobs in fantasy football your are used to that by now. At least in this league the Bo-Sac can't beat you by 60 in final game.

  6. Zig, Did you really call me out for fantasy football after I beat you three times and knocked you out of the playoffs last year? Man, you are like George Bush giving his farewell speech: "Sure, there are some things that I would have done differently . . . "

I'm imposing a rule that you are not allowed to talk smack to me about fantasy football until you beat me (which has never happened in the history of our league). Scallet - can I get a second on that Motion.

Remember that time when you picked up Reggie Williams and started him over Bernard Berrian in the playoffs? I do.

  7. Yeah that's right, Patty AKA "Arron Steckler" I'm calling you out not once BUT three times.

    1. In fantasy football for never winning (in the history of our league) yet talking so much. What are you a Cubs fan? Win something first. 2 of the 3 times you beat me were pure luck anyway. I beat me twice you beat me once. Maybe your a big shot champ in your Big Money Leauge where people know nothing about football but around these parts your team is no better than Al's, or Herman's in my book.

    2. for your poor draft and team in the UFL (So many add drops in week one) no faith in your team.... can't blame you on that

    3. For all the $ I'm going to take from you in 9 days in betting on the Rumble. You better hope the Miz and his finishing move the "Reality Check" have a big day or else????

Sorry Dan but in order to talk trash (Back Patty) it helps to actually be in the league that your trying to talk trash in and being Troy's draft advisor / driver to the Zone does not count.

Campbell GT vs. Duke on Saturday big game in the UFL

  8. I'm glad Dan insisted on including FF in this league, othrewise I would get annoyed with the inevitable Zone trash talk. Fortunately it is all one seamless part of the game.

I will add this to the rules post from a few weeks ago, but Tennis and Golf selections lock when the tournament starts.

Patty: Like Dan I'm going to stick with my top pick despite an early missed tourney. He has the best golfer in the world, and I have the hotest professional athlete ever. Can't risk losing her.
