Obviously, we won't have a running "best available" or an auto draft option. However, here are links to some information on each scoring unit's league that should give you at least a starting point for draft decisions:
NBA Playoff Odds
Men's College Basketball
College Football (Obviously, this isn't going to give you a quick and easy ranking, however, there are links to the BCS conferences and some other useful info. For example, 2010 BCS Championship venue? The Rose Bowl. Edge to USC if they make it...) Update 1 Update 2: Conference by Conference 2009 Breakdown
AL/NL Someone had the balls to predict not just winners for each division, but the whole playoffs including number of games. Also, all major awards. So, I link to it out of respect for the hubris.
NHL
PGA
Women's Tennis; Women's 2008 Final Rankings
UEFA (Pre-Season) UEFA (Current Standings)
Cycling (Bussmann, we are still counting on you for some names of actual cyclists. I tried to find some...don't think I did.)
World Baseball Classic
Little League World Series (List of 16 draftable Divisions is about half way through the article.)
PGA
NFL...not even going to bother.
Every sport. All year. One league.

the start list for the giro is not out yet, and wont be before the draft, same about the tour de france.
ReplyDeletei could work up a few lists; riders, teams, etc... that are probable in my mind, but certainly wont be definitive.
or we could run the cycling draft based on pick-ups as the events draw nearer.
let me know.
but a really good resource is cyclingnews.com under their "MAJOR RACES" heading
I have continued to add resources to this post, but it is pretty far down the list at this point, so I thought I would remind all of you that these links are here. I am going to add the label "AA Draft Resources", so you should be able to access this post with one click from the Labels bar on the right.
